No, our platform currently focuses only on selling prints of original artworks, not the originals themselves.
No. Once you upload your work, to fulfill any order we handle printing, framing, packaging and shipping. You just focus on creating.
You receive a royalty on every print sold. The royalty amount is decided by you when you list your artwork. Your earnings are also visible in the sales and royalty page.
Royalties are credited after the 4-day return window (starting from delivery date) has passed.
If you are not registered under GST, you are not required to charge or pay GST on your royalty income. GST applies only to those who are registered under the GST Act.
Royalty income through IP licensing is considered a taxable service under GST. The applicable GST rate on royalty from licensing artwork is 18%.
No, GST registration is not mandatory for most independent artists, thanks to exemptions available for small service providers.
However if your total taxable income (including royalties) is above ₹20 lakh per year (or ₹10 lakh for certain North-Eastern and hill states)
then GST registration is highly advised.
No, you don’t need to upload an invoice yourself. We’ve made the payment process simple and compliant for all artists:
- If you're GST-registered: We generate a GST-compliant invoice on your behalf whenever you withdraw your earnings. You don’t need to upload anything manually.
- If you're not GST-registered: There’s no need for an invoice. We handle the documentation internally and pay you directly.
To stay compliant with Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, we follow this TDS policy on royalty payments:
-
If you do not have a valid PAN:
- As per Section 206AA of the Income Tax Act, we are legally required to deduct 20% TDS from the first rupee of royalty income. No threshold applies in this case.
-
If you have a valid PAN:
- No TDS is deducted on royalty earnings up to ₹15,000 in a financial year.
- Once your total royalty income crosses ₹15,000 in a financial year, we begin deducting TDS at 20% on subsequent payouts until you reach ₹30,000.
- After you cross ₹30,000 in the same financial year, we switch to deducting 10% TDS on all further payments, as required by law.
Royalties are credited only for completed and successful sales. If an order is cancelled before printing or returned under our satisfaction guarantee,
the royalty won’t be applied; since no revenue is collected, no royalty is generated.
Our return policy is thoughtfully designed; clear and limited to genuine case. It is carefully managed to protect both the buyer’s experience and
the artist’s trust. That said, such instances are rare. Most buyers are thrilled to receive your artwork and keep it proudly in their space!

Not at all! You’re free to withdraw any amount, anytime. It’s your earnings and we want you to access them whenever you need. To make things easier, we bear the payout processing cost for your first two withdrawals each month. After that, a small fee of ₹4 (charged to us by our payment partner) is passed on.
